Our services are available under individual contracts, and details of each project will be outlined in separate agreements.
2. Service Availability
Kaizennic strives to provide high-quality and timely services. However, we cannot guarantee availability of all services at all times. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information and cooperate during the project. You are responsible for supplying all necessary materials, content, and access required to complete the work. Delays or additional charges may occur if information is not provided on time.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual agreements. Payments may be requested upfront or in installments. All payments are due according to the terms specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are applicable only if Kaizennic fails to deliver agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client. Kaizennic retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use of content from our website is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during the project. This includes proprietary business practices and any information deemed confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kaizennic will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice. If the client terminates, payment for work completed will be required. Kaizennic reserves the right to terminate if the client violates terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
10. Amendments to the Terms
Kaizennic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be updated accordingly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
